Clydesdale Bank has started a range of 90% LTV deals exclusively through brokers. The lender is also chopping rates on other residential products.
The new 90% LTV deals include a free valuation for purchase and remortgage customers. Moreover, the deals come with free legals for remortgage customers.

The changes include:
Two and five-year fixed rates now start from 2.99% with a £1,999 fee at 90% LTV
Two and five-year fixed rates are down by up to 0.12 percentage points at 75% LTV
Five-year fixed rates are down by up to 0.10 percentage points at 80% LTV
Two and five-year fixed rates are down by up to 0.14 points at 85% LTV
In addition, professional and newly-qualified professional rates have been reduced by up to 0.12 points at 85% and 90% LTV. They now start at 2.76 per cent.
However, these deals will not be available for flats or maisonettes. The lender also excludes new build purchases.
